Application for Admission

The first step in the enrolment process is to complete our online Application for Admission form which can be accessed by clicking here. Once we have received your completed paperwork and processed your $55 Application Fee, your application will be submitted.

Once we have received your online application form, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for an interview. For Senior School these are held by the Principal. For Junior School they are held by Head of Junior School. 

Lakes Grammar accepts applications for entry to Kindergarten from birth. Places are offered for these years subsequent to a successful enrolment interview, which will take place one year prior to the commencement.

Before lodging your Application paperwork please view our Enrolment checklist and ensure all relevant paperwork is included with your application including:

• Copy Birth Certificate
• Copy Immunisation Certificate or Immunisation History Statement
• Copy last School Report (NOT applicable for Kindergarten)
• A passport sized photograph of your child
• Application Fee $55 per child (non-refundable)

We will send an acknowledgement email stating that your child has been placed on the Waiting List for your desired year of entry.
